Ingredients:
- bag of frozen chicken wings (must be frozen)
- 1 bottle of low sodium soy sauce
- 3 TB of brown sugar
- 1 TB of splenda brown sugar
- crushed red pepper (if you want a little heat)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- place FROZEN chicken wings in disposable pan - do not layer
- pour bottle of soy sauce on top
- sprinkle with brown sugar and red pepper
- Bake, uncovered for three to four hours (depending on how big your bag of wings is) - turning wings ever 45 minutes or so
- They will fall off the bone. I'm hungry just thinking about them. :)
