Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped broccoli
- 1 cup of chopped spinach
- 1 cup of zucchini
- 1 cup of onion
- 1/2 cup of red pepper
- 1/2 cup of green pepper
- 1 can of chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup of snow peas
- OR whatever veggies you want!!!
- Glaze
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 2 1/2 TB of sugar
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- red pepper chili flakes to taste
- sautee all veggies for about 8-10 minutes until tender crisp
- Add glaze ingredients to pan
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes
- Bring back to high heat and cook until liquid has reduced to a sticky glaze
